Mr. Andrew Leong
Director - TA Capital Sdn Bhd

As the Director of TA Capital Sdn Bhd, Andrew is responsible in leading all new acquisition financings and capital markets activities including IPO, ESOS and any other short-term financing for TA Capital.

Andrew has over seven years of industry experience in various leadership roles within the company. Currently, he is also the Corporate Treasurer for the TA Group investment portfolio and actively involved in the business development of TA Investment Management Berhad.

He plays an instrumental role in performing financial and business analysis for a variety of corporate finance transactions and providing fund management services in discretionary accounts for private individuals as well as unit trusts. He has a wealth of knowledge under his belt where he led the turnaround of the business and contributed to the strategic growth of the company.

Prior to joining TA Group of Companies, Andrew started his career as a banker in CIMB Bank Berhad and gained wide exposure to different aspects of the business in the company. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) Entrepreneurship from University Tunku Abdul Rahman and subsequently completed his Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Victoria University, Melbourne.
